New Samsung devices shown before introduction
It is the beginning of a new year, which means that Samsung opens his doors and shows the world there new devices. Some of these already leaked out.
Currently five new models have leaked out from different directions. As we know from Samsung, normally these models are direct succesors or close look-a-likes. Below you will find a sort overview of the following new devices:
Samsung E870
Samsung N700
Samsung X300
Samsung X670
Samsung Z310
Samsung E870
The new E870 is just an E770 when you look at the internal specifications, but from the outside it is a new device with new looks in a new shape. The white cover resembles the new style available in the market and will for sure be something women will like. The device will be available around the 2nd quarter of 2006. Prices are not known yet.

Samsung N700
The N700 is the succesor of the old N620 which was available some years ago. The phone has several new features onboard, such as the internal antenna, WAP 1.2 and the enhanced support of certain SMS features. The phone will not be available on every market.

Samsung X300
As successor of the X200, is the new X300 another step ahead. The device consists of new features with respect to the X200, which are an external screen and stereo FM radio. EDGE is also available. The device has a release date around the second quarter of 2006 and prices are not known yet.

Samsung X670
If you look at the name, the X670 is the direct successor of the X660, but only on one point. A new FM radio is added to the new X670, next to the changed looks. The introduction date of the new device is comparable with the other devices and prices are also not yet available.

Samsung Z310
Samsung Z300 was one of the first real new UMTS devices Samsung brought to market this year. Now the successor has leaked out via the website of the FCC. The new Z310 has minor differences with the Z300, only the flash has been pulled out and replaced by external keys for the MP3 player on the front of the device.
