iPhone 5 delayed until september?

Rumour has that Apples new iPhone wil hit the market not earlier than in september. It would end the tradition of the company to bring a new iPhone at the beginning of the summer.

The rumours are based on the words of analyst Crag Berger, who says that "For the iPhone 5, we continue to hear that a July launch is unlikely, with various casing suppliers and touch suppliers still ramping up, with some chip vendors not having yet received firm iPhone 5 orders"

Competition

Delay of the new iPhone, gives Apple some extra time to create a good reply to its competitors. Samsung, LG, Sony Ericsson and HTC, to name the most eminent of them, have lauched some great smartphones over the last few months. To be able to withstand these companies, we expect a faster processor and possibly a larger screen.
