ROKR E3, first live pics

The ROKR E2 is not even available yet and the first pics of his brother have been shown on the net.

The new ROKR E3 that was used by Engadget Mobile last week, is not the successor of the ROKR E2, but will be available next to the E3 in the portofolio of Motorola.

The device has GSM/GPRS/EDGE onboard and will be equipped with a 512 MB internal memory, Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera (comparable to the ROKR E2), TransFlash/MicroSD memory card slot, 3.5 mm headset connector, Mini-USB port and multimedia software. There is no iTunes software and support for iTunes available in this device. The central key is a not a rotating key, but four separate keys with one central confirmationkey. The website mentioned that the keyboard is not the best to work with.

On the front of the device it is clear that a videocamera for videotelefony is placed above the screen. We do not know at this moment of UMTS is supported in this device, but we expect it will.
