The new Desire Hd bring cloud computing to the mobile phone. Cloud techniques have been popular for some time. Data is stored "in the cloud", and no longer on individual devices. With the new website htcsense.com, that doesn't work on the moment of writing, HTC enables uiser to configure their phone behind any computer. You can configure call forwarding or even wipe the phone completely. Text messages can be stored on the website as well. The Desire HD is the first phone with these functions.

Navigatie without using your dataplan

Another new feature in the new version of HTC Sense is a new navigation application, that makes it possible to navigate without burning data. In the default navigation app, that is made by Google, you burn data while driving. You just keep downloading maps while you're on the move. That can become expensive over time. The new application stores maps on your phones memory, thus saving data. The Desire HD will probably in stores in Europe in October.
