HSDPA
HSDPA is the abbreviation of High-Speed Downlink Packet Access. HSDPA is a packet-switched communication service that makes it possible to surf the Internet.
The speed of HSDPA corresponds roughly to a cable or ADSL connection and is also referred to as 3.5G. HSDPA could theoretically achieve speeds of up to 14 mbps (1,000,000 bits per second), but this will be lower in practice. Sending a 4MB MP3 would then take just over 2 seconds.
