Behind the scenes Apple is working on an iTunes version for the Symbian Series 60 platform. This version is going to have the same features as the desktop version but with some new features.
This means that the smartphones like the Nokia N95 8GB, N82 and N73 will be able to not only work with standard installed music players, but also with Apples popular iTunes.
There even seems to be some beta version. All the features of the desktop version are added, like access to the iTunes Store, where you can buy a lot of songs and albums. A new technique that will be present in the iTunes S60 is "HypnoBreath". This supposed to be a technique that should push the music quality. We're looking forward to it.
Furthermore, it should also be possible with the iTunes S60 to control your iTunes library on your computer. It's comparable with the Remote application for your iPhone or iPod Touch.
The software will be available not before Januari 2009.
