A father from California had to look twice at his phone bill that consisted of more than 440 pages. The reason? His daughter had send a lot of text messages.
First the father thought it was a mistake, until the daughter admitted to have send almost 500 text messages each day last month.
The teenager had several contacts with 4 other die-hard SMS addicts. All four of them were between 12 and 13 years old. It is unclear how high the phone bill of the others were.
The daughter didn't get grounded for a long time. Fortunately the father has a phone plan that allows unlimited texting. She did get a limitation for her texting behaviour; from now on she's not allowed to text after diner!
