Motorola razr 60 ultra announced: foldable AI phone
Lenovo has made the Motorola razr 60 ultra flip phone official. The device comes with an AI button on the side and is available in several eye-catching colors, including a variant made of real wood.
That phones don't have to be boring Lenovo proves with the razr 60 ultra. Not only are there several striking Pantone colors, some versions come with a special choice of materials. For example, the brown Mountain Trail version comes with a warm wood backing. FSC-certified wood was used for this.
The dark green Scarab version has a back made of Italian Alcantara. This is a synthetic material similar to suede. Rio Red has a more traditional look but does look like leather while Cabaret has a satin soft finish. So there is plenty to choose and feel.

The Motorola razr 60 ultra has a slightly larger inner screen of 7 inches with a higher 1224p resolution and the maximum brightness is also higher at 4500 nits. Outside, the screen still measures 4 inches and is still full-screen at the cutout for the dual camera.
Moto AI
Inside the razr 60 ultra sits a competent Snapdragon 8 Elite processor that combines with a whopping 16GB of RAM memory to deliver high performance. Storage memory is also ample, coming in at 512GB. All this processing power is needed to enable various Moto AI functions.
For example, the device gives you helpful suggestions based on the information on your screen, helps you compile playlists, talks to Gemini Live naturally and lets you unlock your device by looking at it and talking to it. AI is also used to edit photos, such as erasing unwanted objects, moving people around and by making blurred photos sharp. You launch most AI functions by pressing the separate button on the side.
The Motorola razr 60 ultra features a larger 4700 mAh battery with 68W fast charging and 30W wireless. The device gets a suggested retail price of €1299, making it €100 more expensive than what the razr 50 ultra came out for. Expect to see the device in Mountain Trail (brown) and Scarab (dark green) colors in stores starting April 30.
