Samsung gives Galaxy S25 Ultra two new cameras

Samsung appears to want to make a significant change to the S25 Ultra for the future Galaxy S25 series. The camera of this flagship will get no less than two different cameras than the S24 Ultra currently has. This claims Ice Universe on Weibo.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will still have four cameras on the back. Two of them will get significantly higher resolution. Samsung also changed the camera setup of the S24 Ultra quite a bit at the time although back then it was mostly about the zoom levels.

For the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, the zoom levels do not change but the camera resolution does. The 200MP main camera remains the same, but all other cameras go to 50MP. That means the telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and the ultra-wide angle are changing.
