Motorola has answer ready for thin iPhone Air; the Moto X70 Air

Device may come out here as edge 70

The era of ultra-thin phones has finally arrived. No one really asked for it, but you will soon be able to choose between several ultra-thin phones. Including the Moto X70 Air, announced by its parent company Lenovo.

Of course, the Moto X70 Air has to compete against Apple's iPhone Air, but it is also a formidable competitor to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge that has been available for some time.

The future thin Moto X70 Air

We already received the above image from Lenovo that should show just how thin the device will soon be. Exactly how thin will be revealed in late October when the official launch is expected. Now it must be said that Motorola phones from the Moto X series currently only come out in China though that does not immediately mean we will not get it here.

Moto X70 Air = edge 70?

Thus, the device under the edge name is still expected to come out here, perhaps under the name edge 70. Images of it previously reached us via Evan Blass. That we may be looking at the same device is evidenced by the colored camera rings, though that in itself is not confirmation.

Whether we are looking at the same phone here will be seen when both the Moto X70 Air and the edge 70 are announced. The former is expected in late October but when the Edge 70 series will come is still unclear. It is likely to happen before the holidays so there will be something to Choose between next Christmas if you want an ultra-thin phone.
