Samsung announces Galaxy S25 FE with 6 months of free Google AI Pro subscription
Samsung has finally pulled back the curtain on the Galaxy S25 FE. The latest fan edition is packed with AI features from both Samsung and Google and is now available in stores. Bring plenty of cash, though.
Because with a suggested retail price of €749, the Galaxy S25 FE is very high priced. It is therefore advisable to wait a while until the price drops. At least to below the price of the regular Galaxy S25 which at the time of writing is more advantageous than this S25 FE.
By the way, the latest S25 Fan Edition is quite a different device with its 6.7-inch screen and 4900 mAh battery. Available in four colors including Icyblue, Jetblack, Navy and White. The entry-level model comes with 8+128GB of working and storage memory, increasing from 256 to 512GB. Charging is done with up to 45W which is almost twice as fast as the Galaxy S25.
Improved selfie camera
Samsung has updated the selfie camera with a higher 12MP sensor that therefore performs better in the dark. AI features can improve your selfies such as erasing objects in the background or even changing that background entirely. Other AI features we previously saw on the Galaxy S25 series including the Now Bar to start your day informed.
AI features from Google are also present such as Circle to Search and Gemini. Copy buyers will get six months of free access to Google AI Pro which includes access to Gemini, Flow and NotebookLM. Of course, Samsung is also once again providing software updates, the S25 FE also receives up to seven years of Android updates and upgrades.
