The first smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip has reached the Netherlands; the Realme GT 7 Pro is available immediately. The device was initially intended only for the Chinese market but, thanks to Belsimpel, it can still be ordered here.
Admittedly, several phones with the Snapdragon 8 Elite have already been announced, even for Europe, and some of them are even available for preorder. However, for now, it is only the realme GT 7 Pro that you can have in your home tomorrow. But that's not all.
Because the GT 7 Pro houses a massive 6500 mAh battery with 120W fast charging, a triple Sony camera system with 112° wide-angle lens and 6x periscope zoom, and a 1.5K screen with 6500 nits of high peak brightness. In other words, high-end specifications for a high-end flagship.

On the AI front, realme has built several features into realme UI 6.0. This Android 15-based shell includes Sketch-to-image where you can have drawn scribbles turned into realistic drawings and in different styles. Also, the GT 7 Pro manages to filter out blurred video motion thanks to the help of artificial intelligence.
The realme GT 7 Pro features a waterproof IP69 casing so you can shoot photos even under water. The fingerprint scanner works with ultrasonic sounds which can also handle wet fingers.

Realme does not use solid titanium or stainless steel but just aluminum for its frame. In theory that should make it lighter but at 222.8 grams it is still a bit on the heavy side.
You can get one for as little as €799 that comes with 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. For €100 more you get 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM memory. Available colors are Mars Orange and Galaxy Gray.
