Products are checked on 50 points and you have 2 years warranty, also on the battery. The quality mark was created by Techniek Nederland and the checks are performed by TÜV Netherlands. Companies using the hallmark are;

Other secondhand

Online stores also often sell non-new products but under a different name. Think of products that have been returned. Perhaps the product did not meet expectations or was the wrong color.
