Help choosing a Google Pixel 11 model
At launch, the Google Pixel 11 series consists of four devices: Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 11 Pro Fold. All four run on Google’s own Tensor G6 chip, come standard with 256 GB of storage, and receive seven years of Android, security, and Pixel Drop updates. So the choice mainly comes down to size, camera, and price.
These are the four Pixel 11 models
Not sure which model you need? Here’s a quick overview of the differences:
- Pixel 11: the compact base model with a 48-megapixel main camera and 5x telephoto lens. The logical choice for most people.
- Pixel 11 Pro: the same handy size, but with the best cameras, an extra-bright Super Actua display with a scratch-resistant coating, and HiLight LEDs around the flash for notifications.
- Pixel 11 Pro XL: everything the Pro has to offer in a larger package, with the largest screen in the series. Great for those who read, watch, or game a lot.
- Pixel 11 Pro Fold: the top-of-the-line foldable model, nearly 10 percent lighter and about one millimeter thinner than its predecessor, with a gearless hinge and full IP68 protection.
Camera: 30x to 120x zoom
Every Pixel 11 takes excellent photos, but the Pro models go even further. The Pixel 11 features a 48-megapixel main camera that captures over half as much light as its predecessor and zooms up to 30x. The Pro and Pro XL also feature a new 48-megapixel telephoto lens with portrait mode at 5x and Pro Zoom up to 120x. All models take night photos up to 4.5 times faster than before. If you take a lot of photos, be sure to check out the Pixel Pro smartphones.

Battery and Charging
For the first time, the entire series charges wirelessly via Qi 2.2 at 25 watts and works with magnetic Pixelsnap accessories, similar to MagSafe on the iPhone. The Pro Fold lasts over 24 hours and reaches 50 percent charge in about half an hour with 30-watt wired charging.
Which model fits your budget?
The Pixel 11 is the most affordable model in the series, followed by the Pro and the Pro XL; the foldable Pro Fold is the most expensive. In the overview above, you’ll always see the current lowest price for each model. Is the latest series too pricey for you? The Pixel 10 series will continue to be supported for years to come and is dropping in price now that its successor is available. Also keep an eye on the phone deals.
Choose the Pixel 11 if you’re looking for a compact phone with a top-notch camera and seven years of updates at the lowest entry-level price.
Choose the Pro or Pro XL if you want maximum zoom, the brightest screen, or simply a larger device.
Choose the Pro Fold if you want a phone and tablet in one: this is Google’s thinnest and most durable foldable phone to date.
