A list of expected specifications for Samsung's Galaxy S21 Ultra has surfaced. It contains the usual suspects for a modern smartphone. Will Samsung be able to surprise when it comes out?
The answer to that remains to be seen. The list contains the usual features we are used by now from Samsung. The list originates from 91mobiles who claims to have his information from Ishan Agarwal, a well known insider on Twitter.
And yet the Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to become the most comprehensive phone in the S21 family with the best and most impressive specifications.

- 108 MP camera
- 40 MP selfie camera
- 5000 mAh battery
- Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100 with 12 GB of RAM
The S21 Ultra would have type number SM-G988U and would be codenamed O3 internally. Its dimensions are estimated at 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9 millimeters. If you include the camera, it is 10.8 mm thick. This makes it slightly narrower and shorter than the S20 Ultra but it doesn't differ much.

Expected colors are black and silver and the launch is scheduled for sometime in January 2021. This is one month earlier than usual, possibly to make up for the somewhat disappointing results of the S20 family. One would then expect to be big with impressive features and characteristics. Possibly they will follow, because the above doesn't show that yet.
