Huawei Watch GT 7 Series
The Huawei Watch GT 7 comes in two sizes, as well as a Pro version. Which version is right for you depends on your wrist size, how long you want the battery to last between charges, and whether you plan to use the watch underwater. On this page, you can independently compare the current prices from participating stores. Use the filters for size and model to instantly find the Watch GT 7 that’s right for you.

What should you look for when choosing a Huawei Watch GT 7?
The choice comes down to three questions. What size fits your wrist? How important is battery life to you? And do you use an Android phone or an iPhone? The latter is particularly important for this series, since the watches run on HarmonyOS. The series has been available in the Netherlands since September 2026.
41 or 46 millimeters: size, display, and battery
The 41mm version has a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen and a 540 mAh battery, which Huawei says lasts about 7 days with normal use and 14 days with light use. The 46mm version has a 1.47-inch screen and an 867 mAh battery, which Huawei says lasts about 12 days with normal use and 21 days with light use. Both sizes have the same resolution of 466 by 466 pixels, the same peak brightness of 3,000 nits, and a stainless steel case. They are dust- and water-resistant to IP69 standards and rated for 5 ATM, which is sufficient for swimming and showering. The difference, then, lies in wearing comfort and battery life, not in features.
Weight plays a bigger role in that choice than case size alone. Without the strap, the 41mm version weighs about 36.5 grams, the 46mm version about 51.3 grams, and the Watch GT 7 Pro about 55.5 grams.
What the Pro Version Adds
The Watch GT 7 Pro has the same display and battery as the 46mm version. It adds a few features in three areas: materials, ECG, and diving capability. The 45.6mm case is made of titanium alloy instead of steel and features a ceramic back. In addition, the Pro is ECG-certified and suitable for free diving up to 40 meters according to the EN13319 standard. Note that this refers to free diving and not scuba diving. If you’re sticking to swimming and showering, the Pro doesn’t offer any additional features in that regard.
What does the Huawei Watch GT 7 measure?
Using the TruSense sensors, the series measures heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels (SpO2), skin temperature, stress, and your sleep, including breathing. These are measurements from a consumer product and not medical diagnoses: use them to track trends, not to make your own diagnoses. ECG is exclusive to the Watch GT 7 Pro.
Does the Watch GT 7 work with your phone?
This is the most important point to note about this series. The watches run on HarmonyOS and work fully in conjunction with an Android phone. Pairing with an iPhone does work, but with limitations: you can’t reply to messages from your wrist, and the navigation features aren’t available. If the connectivity with your iPhone isn’t sufficient for your needs, this series isn’t the right choice.
What Not to Expect
Compared to the previous generation, the changes are modest. If you’re upgrading from a recent Watch GT, the main improvements are in battery life and screen brightness, not in a new way of working; Notebookcheck reaches the same conclusion in its test. Notebookcheck measures screen dimming (PWM) at 60 Hz, a low frequency that can cause eye strain or headaches for sensitive users during prolonged viewing. And the automatic workout recognition takes time: as a result, the distance tracking can lag up to ten minutes behind your actual workout.
