Hold on: the striking colors Apple iPhone 18 Pro has leaked
The Apple iPhone 17 Pro has only been on sale for a month and a half, and already the colors of the iPhone 18 Pro are leaking out. And they are striking. For example, the dark color option is completely gone.
But before we show you the pictures, remember that it is still a long time before Apple announces the iPhone 18 Pro. It is far from September 2026, so a lot can still happen. That said, these are the colors Apple is considering;
- Bordeaux red
- Coffee brown
- Purple
So white and black are also missing again for 2026, as is the beautiful Deep Blue color in which the iPhone 17 Pro is available. That one was especially popular among people who previously desired a black iPhone. And the silver version, which with some imagination passed for white, is also missing this time.
9to5mac has overlaid the future colors over the existing iPhone 17 Pro and then you get the picture below.
The current iPhone 17 Pro is not painted but derives its color from a process called anodizing. This involves placing the aluminum unibody in a bath and putting it under electricity. The colors red, brown and purple can also be obtained through this although they are a bit brighter than shown above. What colors the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will eventually get, and whether Apple doesn't change its mind in the meantime, remains to be seen.
