Xiaomi has iconic livery in mind for Xiaomi 15 Ultra
Is it a phone? Is it a camera? It's both. That's certainly true of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra with its distinctive Leica camera module on the back. But how can we further emphasize its collaboration with Leica? That idea went around at Xiaomi and this is the answer.
We simply give the Xiaomi 15 Ultra the same color scheme as some Leica cameras: silver on top and black on bottom. The result is extraordinary and nicely different from the standard black version we see so often these days.
Previously, we had seen the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in matte black and blue. Both colors had a red ring around the camera module. We can't quite tell if the same is true with this Leica color version. The photo further reveals that the sides of the 15 Ultra are not flat like many other contemporary phones.

As impressive as the camera module may look, we prefer to be convinced with actual photo results. The first snaps from the 1" large sensor are expected around Feb. 26 when the device becomes official.

Who knows, Xiaomi may have even thought about how to shoot photos. A separate camera button, perhaps with multiple functions, would be very welcome as far as we are concerned.
