Monday, March 3, 2025 Mobile World Congress starts in Barcelona. Realme has something special in store. For example, they promise "groundbreaking technologies" and "cutting-edge optical imaging." We look ahead.
Earlier, the Chinese brand announced that it would launch the global version of the Realme 14 Pro during the MWC. So we will conveniently assume that by "groundbreaking technologies" and "cutting-edge optical imaging," Realme is referring to that device.

Of the Realme 14 Pro we know that it is equipped with a back that can change color depending on temperature. Nice, sure, but to call that "groundbreaking," no. And neither is the 50MP camera with Sony IMX882 sensor as "cutting-edge" as Realme would have us believe. Otherwise, we would have to call POCO X7 as well, which features the same camera sensor, after all.
Multi-year plan Realme
So we wouldn't be surprised if Realme comes up with something else. That could very well be another device in the Realme 14 Pro series, one that has not yet been announced. Realme is also revealing a multi-year plan during the MWC, explaining the direction it wants to take.

The Mobile World Congress opens its doors Monday, March 3, at the Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. This is an annual telecom fair and often the place where telecom manufacturers showcase new products and technologies. Naturally, we report on this.
