Nokia sues Apple again


The patent battle between Nokia and Apple continues. Nokia just filed a new complaint against the creator of the iPhone. Nokia's laywers thus continue the battle between both companies.

According to Nokia, Apple infringed Nokia patents on virtually all its products. The claim is not limited to the iPhone, but, among other products, als concerns the iPad. In total, the new patents that are brought in against Apple, count up to seven. According to Nokia, the company was an early innovator with multi-tasking operating systems, data synchrozation, call quality and bluetooth accessory .

Cases is four countries

Nokia claims that some of these patents were filed ten years before the first ipHone hit the market. The new lawsuits come after current lawsuits. Nokia expects judges to decide whether its case stands. The lawsuits are running in The Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. With the seven new patents that are used to sue Apple, Nokia is now battling Apple over 46 patents.
