The previous announced Motorola MOTO ZN200, W396 and W388 are heading for Europe. Simple, affordable and descent mobile phones for the general public.
We can also name the ZN200, W396 and W388 budget-phones. Despite their low prices they have some interesting characteristics: a colour display, in-built camera, FM-radio, MP3 player and a memory card slot.
Motorola MOTO ZN200
We have to say, the best phone of these three Motorolas is the ZN200. This quad band device works almost everywhere in the world, which is great when you're planning to take a holiday outside Europe. The mobile phone has an in-built 2 megapixel camera and Stereo Bluetooth. So it is possible to listen to music wireless.
What's so great about the ZN200 are it's 3 status indicators on the top of the device. These indicators show you when you've missed a call or when you've received a message.
Motorola W396 en W388
The W396 and W388 have almost the same characteristics. The main difference is their shape. The W396 is a clamshell device, the W388 a monoblock. It depends on your preference which one you like.
Both devices have quite a small display of 128 x 160 pixels. They also have a VGA camera that makes it easy to take simple pictures. The W396, W388 and ZN200 are to be expected in the third quarter of 2008, prices are not yet known.
