Some pictures of the new phone were leaked in February. It was rumoured as the successor of the N97. Back then, many thought the name of this phone would be N98, but Nokia has drastically changed its naming conventions.
Symbian
The new smartphone runs Symbian^3, like the N8. According to Reuters, Nokia will unveil the new handset next week during the Nokia World event.
The twins E7 and N8 are most probable the last Nokia flagship that will be running Symbian Th Linux based system MeeGo will be installed on the next top model, N9.
