Time to say goodbye to some nasty bugs! This week a firmware update for the Samsung S8500 Wave, Nokia E72 and the Nokia X3.
You would almost forget due to all the IFA news, but there are some bugs to squash this week so lets get to it!
Nokia E72 - v051.018
Lets kick off with the business oriented Nokia E72. Nokia has been so kind to deliver a new firmware version; 051.018. If the rumours are true there are over 450 bugs corrected with this update. Unfortunately a changelog is not made available.
You van use the Nokia Software Updater software or FOTA. Don't forget to backup your phone to make sure no data is lost.
Nokia X3 - v08.50
Also a new firmware for the musical X3. This seems to be a regular maintenance release with little noticeable changes. And in spite we don't have a changelog it is strongly advised to update your phone.
Also with this update you can use NSU or if possible FOTA. Make sure you backup your phone before running the update.
Samsung S8500 Wave - v1.0.2
We conclude this week firmware update with the Samsung Wave. Version 1.0.2 delivers the latest Bada version to your Wave. No changes are reported yet, but if you find some please let us know in the comments below.
