Oppo unveils Find X9 series on Oct. 28 in Barcelona
ColorOS 16 also makes its debut
The Oppo Find X9 series is coming! And on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The place of the announcement is Barcelona, Spain. The series was previously announced in China, but is now making its international debut.
In addition to the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, the event will revolve around ColorOS 16; Oppo's own shell based on Android 16. Version 16 of ColorOS is mainly about a smoother experience, intelligence and seamless connectivity.

The Find X9 promises to be an interesting camera phone with a trio of 50MP sensors and a remarkably large 7025 mAh battery. Those who want even more should check out the Find X9 Pro. In it is a 7500 mAh one as well as an even sharper 200MP telephoto camera. Usually we see the highest camera resolutions at the main camera.
With Hasselblad
Oppo, unlike subsidiary OnePlus, still works with Hasselblad for the cameras so count on lifelike colors with lots of detail. Both phones run on a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip baked by TSMC on 3nm. Charging, like its predecessors, is again nice and fast; with 80W wired or 50W wireless.

The unveiling starts at 16:00 Central European Time and you can attend it in-person if you are in Barcelona October 28. Watching at home is also possible, just turn on the livestream. We also hope to hear then how long we have to wait before we can buy both phones and for how much.
