We have found a picture of the new Nokia, the E63. The device looks a lot like the E72. Some people are confusing the E63 with the E75, but we know better, of course...
The E63 has been placed next to the Apple iPhone. The device seems broader, although it is a small difference. The E63 has quite some similarities with the current available E71. We expected that this device was going to be called the E72, but we will talk about this later on.
The information source is saying that Nokia has based the name on a file that is found on the User Agent Profile on the Nokia server. The same source is saying that they know some specs that will be present on the device that of course are different than the specs on the current E71. The E63 has a 3.5 mm Audio Headset Jack and not a 2.5 mm. The secundairy camera meant for video calling is removed and the main camera has now only 2.0 megapixel. The device is also almost entirely made of plastic.
It seems that the E63 is the cheaper version of the E71. And this is quite smart, although the keyboard of the E71 (and than also the keyboard of the E63) is seriously questionable. The buttons are very small to type texts easily and quickly. We are hoping that the price of the E63 is also 'smaller'!
