i-mate is now further extending its product portfolio with the launch of second new product, next to the the JAQ3 discussed some days ago, to continue satisfying the needs and preferences of its thriving customer base. In line with the strategy of offering more mid-range Windows Mobile devices that appeal to a wider audience, the JAQ3 and PDAL both deliver the many familiar applications of Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 for PocketPC at a lower price point.

Both devices boast GPRS, EDGE and high-speed Wi-fi connectivity for excellent data download rates and a truly satisfying push email experience, that extends to attachments for opening and real-time working.

This duo of devices has been designed with user preferences in mind, and as a pair, offer the fundamental choice of a messaging form factor, or a classic PDA-style device. The i-mate JAQ3 has a full QWERTY keyboard, five direction-control buttons and scroll wheel allow for easy navigation and use of services including email. Furthermore, the landscape 2.4” colored touch screen supports the use of the stylus as an increasingly popular means of accessing and writing email and messages.
