Last month Samsung announced a new operating system for mobile phones; Bada. It should be easy to handle. user friendly and fast. But until now no one knew what it looked like!
We found the below pdf-file with images on Bada's Developer website. Immediately it shows that the user interface resembles the TouchWiz user interace by Samsung. Samsung announced this as well, so it's not a surprise.
What sticks out is the titlebar up on the screen. It looks like a downscroll bar, similar to the Android. In addition Bada renders the received and sent messages as conversations, which is similar to Apple's iPhone. We suspect availibility of more homescreens where you can add widgets.
Overall it looks quite grey as far as we're concerned. Hence it looks slick and very businesslike. Moreover it seems like Samsung has a Dutch Bada phone in store for us, we found the Dutch language in the below image!
When the first Bada devices will be available we don't know. Probably at the beginning of the next year, we'll learn more!. Until then you'll have to settle for the below screenshots.
