OnePlus has released the already announced OnePlus 12 and 12R for the European market. The phones cost €949 and €699, respectively. In short, the OnePlus 12 can be seen as the ultimate flagship, and the 12R is the cheaper alternative.
Both the 12 and the 12R can be ordered starting today and will not ship until Friday, Feb. 9 at the earliest. OnePlus is holding a special promotion in the coming weeks where you will receive a free set of OnePlus Buds Pro worth €149 with the OnePlus 12. With the 12R, you will receive a free game controller from Backbone.

For those who missed it. The OnePlus 12 has a crisp ProXDR display with an unprecedented peak brightness of 4500 nits. Where other manufacturers are switching to a flat panel, OnePlus continues to use rounded Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
At the rear, we find a fourth-generation Hasselblad camera. It comprises a 50MP wide-angle, 48MP ultra-wide-angle, and 64MP telephoto with 3x periscope zoom. Performance is quite good thanks to the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with all-new cooling.
OnePlus 12R
OnePlus returns to its roots with the OnePlus 12R. It's an affordable flagship. One that may sell well. After all, it gets the same bright screen as the OnePlus 12. The camera system consists of a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle, and a 2MP macro lens.
.To save costs, a generation-old Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is used. Interestingly, the 12R features an infrared transmitter, something OnePlus has only adopted since the OnePlus Open.
