Another new version of Android for phones that came under the Google brand. The update fixes some bugs, among them is the rebooting-bug that annoyed many users of the Nexus S. The NFC gets some new functions as well. You'll get the update over the air on your Nexus S, brought in Europe as i9023 and the Nexus One.
