Successor Motorola V3x leaked?

Engagdet Mobile published the first information about a new prototype resembling the Motorola V3x, the UMTS version within the well-known RAZR series.

The first information and photographs of the new V3x prototype still in development within Motorola were shown by Engagdet Mobile. The device has strong similarities with respect to the well-known V3x RAZR, but it has also some major changes in the design.

It is assumed that the new version will support UMTS, EDGE and GSM (Dual band 850/1900 MHz). Furthermore there are stereo speakers, a 2.0 Mpixel camera, an additional VGA- camera for videocalling, 64 MB of internal memory, slot for MicroSD (TransFlash) memory cards and Bluetooth supporting the stereo audio profile A2DP. The device will be announced in the USA this year and it is not clear if we will see it here in Europe as the successor of the V3x.
