This is what the OnePlus 15 looks like in real life, and it’s not wrong
New images of the alleged OnePlus 15 have surfaced, and they immediately look a lot more modern, contemporary and quirky. While OnePlus is saying goodbye to its round camera island, the new design does not look 1:1 copied from Apple as previously thought.
We get an image of the OnePlus 15 in its future color Sane Dune. A light sand color that may soon be sold as white. In addition to a new design on the back, with a trio of cameras, we finally get a picture of the front of OnePlus 15th generation flagship.
Clearly, OnePlus has a large screen in mind for the OnePlus 15 with nice thin screen bezels. According to rumors, this is a 6.78-inch panel with 1.2mm thin bezels. Images of this device appeared on Weibo and appear to be from OnePlus itself. The back of the device shows strong similarities to the previously announced OnePlus 13T. That small device never came out in Europe.
We know that the OnePlus 15 has an aerospace-grade nano-ceramic metal frame which is therefore more wear-resistant and better at dissipating heat. That heat will come from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 making its debut in the device. Earlier, OnePlus announced that the device will feature its own developed Image Engine and not that of Hasselblad.
Launch date of OnePlus 15
It is possible that this will have a positive effect on the price. It is reportedly lower than previous years. Although it remains to be seen what the final retail price of the OnePlus 15 will be. A definitive answer to that will follow in early January. While the device is expected in China as early as October, recommended retail prices in euros will not follow until later.
