Nokia puts music in front with three new Music Edition devices
After the introduction of a large number of models with MP3 player a full line-up of music devices that could compete with the Walkman series from Sony Ericsson was expected but never shown. Now the first steps have been taken.
Finally the first steps have been taken within Nokia and it looks like the first attack in the direction of Sony Ericsson's Walkman series. Nokia brings us a new line-up of music orientated models that will emphasize music and the MP3 player more as a main part of the Nokia portofolio.
Within this new range of models we see three new devices placed within a new cover. These are the Nokia N70 Music Edition, N73 Music Edition and N91 8 GB Music Edition. All models are completely the same as their "normal" Nokia ancestors, except for the new N91 8 GB. This device contains a new 8 GB harddisk in stead of the 4 GB harddisk from the "normal" N91.
We can mention to current users that have bought a N70, N73 or N91 that the three models only differ on colour and available content such as themes. No other differences are in the devices available except for the N91 8 GB which uses a different harddisk.
The N70 and N73 Music Edition will be available in a complete black colour. The N91 8 GB Music Edition shall be delivered in a lighter colour and a mix of black and antracite.

Next to these models Nokia will expand their series of music devices even more. We already mentioned something about that last week.
