Samsung Galaxy TriFold spotted behind glass before official unveiling
Ahead of the 2025 APEC in South Korea, someone spotted the Samsung Galaxy TriFold, which was supposed to be unveiled there. The device was originally displayed behind glass, but it is now out in the open.
You can always wake us up for new tech, especially if it's brand new. Samsung, meanwhile, is innovating nicely with this Galaxy TriFold. A three-piece foldable that you can fold twice. Folded out you then have a screen size of 10 inches, folded in you are left with 6.5 inches. That's as big as a tablet and a phone in one and the same device.

There were rumors that Samsung would debut the device at APEC in South Korea in 2025, so it's not surprising that someone has spotted it there. Since the device is behind glass, no one has been able to play with it yet. Hopefully, that won't be for much longer.
No hands-on
yet.
The event starts on Friday, Oct. 31, so no doubt we'll hear more then. Meanwhile, the Korean publication Chosun has captured more images of the device. These show just how big the screen inside really is.
It will be some time before the device is on display here, let alone available for purchase. According to earlier rumors, Samsung is planning a limited launch in Asia. Depending on its success, a wider launch may follow. Don't expect that to happen before 2026.
