Microsoft: Windows Phone 7 will sync with Mac


A few days after the official introduction of Windows Phone 7, the news about the new system keeps coming. Microsoft today has confirmed that there will be software to sync Windows Phone 7 and a Mac computer.

Microsoft has decided to step over its own shadow, and make it possible to sychronize Windows Phone 7 and Mac OSX. With the new software, it will probably be possible to send your files, calandar and email form an Apple computer to a Samsung Omnia 7, LG Optimus 7 or HTC 7 Trophy. The exact specifications of the software that is created for Apple-computers remains unknown. Microsoft only announced that the program will be available this year as a public beta.

Microsoft goes full throttle

Microsoft wants to reach as many people as possible with WindowsPhone 7. If support for mac OSX wouldn't come, the company would loose possible customers. Therefore, Microsoft takes the step to the platform of its main competitor in the computer industry.
