Render shows upcoming Motorola Moto G10 Play

The successor to the Moto G9 Play is coming and this time the selfie camera is positioned in a punch-hole instead of a notch. This all is known because of a published render by Steve Hemmerstoffer, better known as @onleaks.

Lenovo announced the Motorola Moto G9 Play in August of 2020 so it's a bit early to talk about a successor 3 months after. A successor which for convenience we call Moto G10 Play but which could eventually come out under a completely different name.

According to this report, the screen will be about 6.5 inches big, the same size as the Max Vision display of the G9 Play. New about this screen is the punch-hole for the selfie camera. On its predecessor, a notch was still used, but that is a design style that many manufacturers have now abandoned.

The dimensions of the device are 165.3 x 75.4 x 9.5 millimeters. If we include the camera module, we get a thickness of 10.4 millimeters. On top there is still a 3.5mm headphone port while the fingerprint scanner can be found on its right side. Steve expects an official launch in the "coming weeks". Considering when the G9 Play was announced that is something we have to see to believe.
