Apple reveals iPhone 17 series launch date
The wait is almost over. Apple just sent out the invitation for its next event. On September 9 at 10:00 a.m. local time, the iPhone 17 series will be announced. And you can be there.
Virtual then, because interested parties can attend the event online via a live stream. The Apple Event will be held at the Steve Jobs Theater which is located at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino. In addition to the iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max and the all-new iPhone 17 Air are expected to be announced.
.The invitation uses an image that looks futuristic, with some sort of heat map over the Apple logo. Possibly this is a reference to the new iPhone 17 Air and the Liquid Glass style that debuts along with iOS 26. Apple has also posted on its website an interactive version that responds to your mouse/finger.
Awe Dropping
The tagline used by Apple is "Awe Dropping." Apple's keynote starts at 10:00 local time, which is 19:00 Central European Time. The date of September 9 has been frequently mentioned and is entirely in line with previous announcements. We may see new Apple Watches and new Airpods in addition to new iPhones.
