Motorola edge 60 neo makes its entrance; new chipset, bigger battery
Lenovo has announced the Motorola edge 60 neo. The device is the first to run under the new MediaTek Dimensity 7400; a chipset baked on 4nm. Compared to its predecessor, the edge 60 neo has a much bigger battery.
MediaTek launched the Dimensity 7400 in February of 2025 so it took a while for a manufacturer to apply it. It is a mid-range chipset that allows you to game. So something you can also do with the Motorola edge 60 neo, especially since Lenovo provides up to 12GB of RAM memory with it.

The 6.36-inch screen uses a pOLED panel at up to 120Hz and is compatible with HDR10+ content. So expect a colorful image. The same goes for the back as there is again a choice of numerous colorful Pantone versions including Poinciana (red), Frostbite (green) and Grisaille (grayish blue).
Cameras and sound have been thought of
On the camera front, the edge 60 neo features a trio of sensors on the back including a 50MP Sony LYTIA, a 13MP ultra-wide angle and a separate 10MP telephoto for 3x optical zoom. Audio sounds spacious, not only because there are two speakers for stereo sound, but also because there is support for Dolby Atmos.

The battery has grown from 4310 mAh in the edge 50 neo to 5200 mAh. An increase of thick 20%. Charging is still possible with 68W wired and wireless up to 15W. To reach those speeds, you will have to get the required TurboPower charger, which is not included in the box.
You will find the Motorola edge 60 neo in the three previously mentioned colors in stores soon. Prices are not yet available, as is the exact launch date.![]()
