After the disappointing sellings results of the Nexus One, Google denied that it would come with a successor, but now it seems like there will be one anyway. Romour has that the Nexus Two will be here before Christmas.
Googles first phone under its own brand, the was the Nexus One. That handset was meant to prove the performance of Android on an high end handset. Google wanted to sale the handset itself, but got into trouble when customer complaints came. Clients chose the almost identical HTC Desire as an alternative. Goole stopped direct sales, and searched third party resellers. A second Nexus wouldn't come.
Sales via The CarphoneWarehouse?
Rumour has that Google is planning a partnership with The CarphoneWarehouse to sell the Nexus Two. We expect more new to come when the next version of Android, Gingerbread comes. That's said to be within weeks.
