on Friday December 9th, 2011 at 11:41 AM Need an idiots guide for onetouch 665. Instructions supplied with phone assume you know what all the technical terms mean.which I don't. Basic calls I can do, but I can't work out how to text.Am so disappointed.

Bought yesterday, returned to orange shop today girl very nice but would not exchange even though not been used!! Very dissapointed complete waste of money. COME ON ORANGE SORT YOUR SELVES OUT !!!

on Saturday January 14th, 2012 at 11:25 AM Bought my Alcatel at Orange Store the beginning of Jan,2012. Instructions are NOT very helpful and the print is too small to read! The shop manager failed to find a speed dial on the phone, although through trial and error I have managed to conquer this function. Would like a good set of instructions to follow as some of the functions turn themselves OFF even after saving them! Not really a friendly user phone. Btw, Text is also a problem from Messages! Have to go through contacts first; and no instruction for upper and lower case. Phone has nice shape; but very little LOGIC to the operating instructions; and they are inadiquate in many respects. Oh, for speed dial, the final action is NOT > Contacts it IS .DIR> select from contacts. Any chance of some proper instructions and a USB cable?

SET-UP :
Menu > Settings > Keypad > Numeric > Edit > Dir
Takes you to contacts, select contact and press OK
