Sony unveils new Xperia on September 1, possibly the 5 IV
Sony has scheduled a product announcement for Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 09:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST). This event may be used to make the Xperia 5 IV official.
September promises to be a busy month for us. Not only Sony will announce new products, but also Apple, Huawei, and Philips are expected to introduce new products. Sony most likely will announce the Xperia 5 IV. Until now, we haven't heard much about the successor of the Xperia 5 III
Sony has teamed up with singer-songwriter Cat Burns and posted a video announcing the arrival of a new Xperia phone. In the video, we see the phrases "Be creative" and "Go compact". Can we conclude from this that the Xperia 5 IV will be a compact phone? The Xperia 5 III indeed is relatively compact with a 6.1 inch, so its successor may be as well.
