Firmware Update Friday - Week 34 2010
Time to say goodbye to some nasty old bugs! This week, we have a firmware update for the Nokia C5 and Nokia X2.
Last week there were no new firmware updates. Luckily this week there are!
Nokia C5 - v032.010
We start this week Firmware Update with a classic; the Nokia C5. The newest firmware brings improvements to the internet browser and the search application. There is also an update to the Facebook application. New is Qik; a way to shoot and upload videos to social network sites.
You can download and install the update with the Nokia Software Update. You could also try using Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA). Don't forget to backup your phone just to be safe.
Nokia X2 - v04.80
Also a new update for the Nokia X2. Version 04.80 brings us some nice speed improvements and Nokia has also adjust the camera application. The Nokia Messaging application has a new version.
Also don't forget to backup before updating using Nokia Software Update.
