Differences with Pixel 6

Along with the Pixel 6, Google is stepping back into the high-end segment. This Pro differs from the "entry-level" 6 in only a few ways. Then there's a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle with 114° angle of view. That main camera is larger this year and therefore more light sensitive. You'll have to use flash less often because of this, giving you more unnatural shots. Pixel phones have always been good with automatically choosing exposure, contrast and colour. This year, the HDR+ feature also works for the video camera up to a whopping 4K. Video finally looks good too. Thanks to the Tensor processor, the Pixel 6 Pro has additional functions including Magic Eraser. Here, you can remove people or objects from photos at will. Even photos that you have taken before. Motion Mode can add motion to your photos. Think of a subway in the background, the wheels of a bicycle or a spinning Ferris wheel. Face Unblur can bring faces into focus in blurry photos so you can still get a useable photo. Then there's Portrait Mode to blur backgrounds. This now works for darker skinned people too, thanks to Real Tone technology.
