HTC One product description
With the HTC One, HTC is trying to turn the tide. This metal-manufactured One will have to compete against flagships of competitors.
Aluminium Multimedia Phone
Not only has the HTC One been given a beautiful aluminium body, it also has a set of impressive specifications. Of course there is a 4.7 inch display with Full HD resolution. This makes the HTC One a phone with one of the highest pixel density of the moment. Images are crystal clear and extremely sharp. Both above and below the screen there is a speaker which HTC itself calls BoomSound. This stereo sound comes directly to you and can be much louder than comparable phones. Moreover, it does not distort when you turn it up a bit. What's more, there's Beats Audio software that optimises music for both BoomSound speakers and plugged in headphones.

UltraPixel camera
HTC has equipped the One with an ingenious new type of camera called UltraPixel. Instead of unnecessarily many small pixels, HTC uses fewer and at the same time extra large pixels. These capture up to 300% more light, so you can still take good photos even in dark conditions. The HTC One excels in this. What also helps is the built-in optical image stabilisation.
Main HTC One specifications
- 4.7 inch display + Gorilla Glass
- Quadcore processor (Snapdragon 600) at 1.7 GHz, 2GB of RAM memory
- 4 megapixel main camera + Full HD video
- High-speed mobile web browsing via 4G (LTE)
- Chose between 32 and 64GB of storage
HTC Zoe and BlinkFeed
The HTC One runs under the Android operating system with HTC Sense on top of it. This is HTC's own shell that looks just a little bit nicer than standard Android and also has some extra apps. One of them is HTC Zoe. HTC understands that it is difficult to take a single perfect picture. That's why in Zoe mode the device takes 20 different photos and a 3 second video. This really brings your photo album to life. Another advantage of the Sense UI is the presence of BlinkFeed. This is located in the home screen and combines information from your social network and various news sources. This gives you an overview of everything that's important to you. What's more, it looks visually attractive.
