Take control of your monthly expenses

Buying a handset on its own cuts into your finances. A subscription phone spreads those costs, allowing you to pocket even the most expensive flagships without paying an arm and a leg. With us, you will see not only the major providers, but also the low-cost competitors.

Why comparing through us pays off:

  • Exclusive web deals: Often cheaper than directly from the provider.
  • All-in-one overview: Filter by data, calling minutes and maximum one-off extra payment.
  • Combi-benefit check: Do you already have internet at home? Tick this and see your extra discount (double data or discount on your bill) instantly.

iPhone or Android: Which camp do you choose?

Choosing a device often starts with the operating system. Are you a loyal Apple fan or do you swear by the freedom of Android?

  • Apple iPhone-with-subscription: If you choose iOS, then you are choosing value retention, privacy and seamless interoperability with your other Apple devices. The iPhone 16 and 17 series currently dominate the market with their powerful chips and cameras.
  • Samsung Galaxy with subscription: The king of Android. From the affordable A-series to the high-end S25 Ultra. Samsung often offers the best screens and far-reaching personalisation options.

Watch the 5G-ready future

Almost every new device in our comparator supports 5G. Even if you don't have a 5G subscription right now, it's smart to choose a device that can. That way, you'll be prepared for the future and enjoy more stable internet in crowded places.

BKR and Phone Credit: Honest advice

For several years now, a phone subscription where you pay off the handset has been considered a loan. This is called the handset credit.

Does the handset part of your subscription exceed €250? Then this will be registered with the BKR. This can affect the maximum mortgage you can get. Want to avoid this?

  1. Choose a cheaper device (under €250).
  2. Pay part of the device directly (the one-off additional payment), so that the loan amount remains under €250. Our comparator will show you exactly how to set this up.

Why 250,000+ people compare here

We are not a provider, we are a price comparator. That means we have only one interest: to show you the lowest price. We collect offers from all shops and providers (KPN, Odido and Vodafone).

100% independent

We do not favour any provider or shop. The cheapest is at the top. Point.

Real-time updates

Prices sometimes change by the hour. We update continuously, so you never click on a 'dead' deal.

Expert reviews

We test many phones ourselves. No sales pitches, but honest experiences about battery life and camera quality.

You buy your next mobile with a subscription with us and not with other comparators because we read prices every hour on a daily basis, don't do tip listings that earn us more and cost you more money. Curious about our revenue model? Read more about it on our about-page.

Step plan: In 3 clicks to the perfect match

The "best" subscription does not exist, the best subscription for you does. Use this roadmap to see the forest for the trees again.

1. Choose your network (Coverage vs. Speed)

In the Netherlands, we have three main networks. The virtual providers (such as Simyo or Ben) hitch a ride on these.

  • KPN network.
Known for its excellent nationwide coverage and stability. (Providers: KPN, Simyo, Lebara).
  • Odido network
Often the fastest 5G connection and competitive Unlimited data deals. (Providers: Odido, Ben, Simpel).
  • Vodafone network
Strong in the business market and good coverage in the city. (Providers: Vodafone, hollandsnieuwe).

2. Be realistic about your data

Don't pay for air. Check your current usage in your provider's app.

  • <5GB
For the WiFi surfer. You app some and check the news.
  • 10 GB - 20 GB
The average user. You stream music (Spotify) and occasionally watch a movie on the go.
  • Unlimited
For the power user. You stream Netflix on the train, Hotspott your laptop and never want to look at your counter.

3. Grab your customer advantage (Combo Advantage or Kids)

This is the easiest way to save money. Do you already have internet at home from Ziggo, KPN or Odido?

  • Ziggo at home?
Check out Vodafone deals for double data and discounts.
  • KPN at home?
Opt for KPN or Simyo for extra benefits.
  • Odido at home?
Combine with Odido mobile for 'Customer Advantage'.

Besides discounts for existing customers, there are sometimes discounts for:

  • Benefit for young adults
Vodafone Young for adults aged between 18 and 28
  • Preference for children up to 12 years
KPN Kids up to 12 years
  • Preference for children between 12 and 17 years
KPN Teens up to 17 years

You can find these subscriptions by clicking the 'Kids benefit' or 'Young benefit' checkbox on any phone combined with subscription. Do read the terms and conditions carefully first before whether you qualify.

No surprises: Your bill dissected

When you sign up for a subscription phone, your monthly bill consists of two parts. It's important to understand this distinction:

  • Part 1: The Subscription (simonly part)
This is the cost of your call minutes, SMS and data. This amount is fixed.
  • Part 2: The Phone Credit (The Installment)
This is the installment of your phone. Once your contract expires (after 1 or 2 years), this part expires and you only pay for your bundle.

Please note the one-off costs: Besides the monthly fee, you often pay a one-off connection fee (to the provider) and a statutory home copying levy (around €5.70). Sometimes providers also charge a one-off additional payment for the handset to reduce the monthly fee.
