Start exploringThe Motorola Moto G31 is an affordable smartphone from Motorola's popular G series. It features a bright OLED screen, a triple camera system, and a spacious battery with long battery life. What it doesn't have, however, you'll read here.
Motorola, which Lenovo owns, has been spitting out many Moto phones lately, and this G31 is in danger of being quickly forgotten. A shame because it is not expensive and has desirable features. Starting with an almost borderless 6.4-inch OLED screen. This is large enough to look at for a long time and compact enough to fit in your pocket. The panel displays images with a sharp FHD+ resolution, and thanks to OLED technology, colours are extra bright and colourful. Motorola gives it the name 'Max Vision,' altho we still detect a small chin at the bottom of the screen. The 13-megapixel selfie camera is placed in the middle of the screen and disappears during prolonged use due to its small size.

Turning the Moto G31 over, we see a triple camera system in the top left corner. That back, by the way, is made of plastic. That may sound a bit cheap, but plastic doesn't shatter like glass and doesn't feel as cold as metal. It is also coated, making it water resistant. A 50MP sensor with a bright f/1.8 lens was chosen for the primary camera. This camera uses four pixels to make one which results in better-exposed photos even when it is dark. Sharp pictures seem guaranteed by the autofocus with PDAF. This works with laser and is currently the fastest way to focus. You'll also find an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a wide 118° viewing angle and a 2MP macro camera for extreme close-ups. Do not expect too much from the latter, the resolution is too low.
Finally, let's take a look inside the Moto G31. Therein, first of all, the 5000mAh battery stands out. Large by today's standards and more than enough for several days of use. Charging is unfortunately not super fast, with only a maximum of 10W. This can't be called fast charging,g and a full charge unfortunately take many hours. An energy-efficient MediaTek Helio G85 processor powers the G31. Not the most powerful chipset but one that performs daily tasks for you without any problems. There is 128GB of built-in storage memory that you can expand up to 1TB using a microSD memory card. That's enough space for all your content. Another missing point is 5G support. You will have to do it on the go with 4G, altho that is not particularly slow.
