Start exploringThe Oppo A54 5G is an affordable 5G phone with Qualcomm processor, big battery, smooth display and a quadruple camera system up to 48MP. Quite a lot, in other words. For everything else, and what's in it for you, is something you can read here.
At the time of announcement, this A54 was the cheapest 5G phone Oppo was offering. And since 5G is the future, you know you'll be able to move forward for a while. Even if you're not using 5G yet. In the meantime, you also just have something beautiful in your hands. The design, especially the purple/green 'Fantastic Purple', is beautiful. Not only is the exterior colourful, the screen is too. The IPS panel is so true to life that it covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space. Plus, it's smooth thanks to 90Hz playback. Animations look smoother and your phone seems to respond faster to input.

On the back of the A54 5G, we find a quadruple camera system. The main camera measures 48MP and features AI scene enhancement. With the help of artificial intelligence, the right settings are chosen for you. This should result in better photos. We also find an 8MP camera with 119° ultra wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro camera for close-ups and a 2MP mono camera for black and white photos. The selfie camera is 16MP in size and can make your selfies extra beautiful thanks to AI beautification. Your skin is made smooth and colours stand out just a bit more. You can shoot video with this A54 5G in up to Full HD or 1080p.
Oppo's most affordable 5G phone simply uses a Qualcomm processor. It is the Snapdragon 480. An entry-level chipset but with 5G support. Besides a 5G SIM card, you can insert another SIM card. So this is a Dual SIM phone with room for 2 nano SIM cards. What is not interchangeable is the 5000 mAh battery. This ensures an above-average battery life of up to 2 days. Charging can unfortunately not be done quickly but via the modern USB-C. That cable has no top or bottom so it always fits. If you insist on fast charging, look at the otherwise similar Oppo A74 5G.
