The Xiaomi 11T Pro sounds like the more professional brother of the 11T but in reality they don't differ that much. So what trump card does Xiaomi have up its sleeve to justify the Pro name? That we're going to find out here.

Powerful processor, faster charging

The 11T Pro features a 6.67-inch large AMOLED display with smooth 120Hz playback, a 108MP camera setup, lightning-fast rechargeable battery for a competitive price. Just like the regular Xiaomi 11T. The biggest difference is inside. Namely, this 11T Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor. A high-end chipset from Qualcomm. The entry-level 11T has a slightly less powerful processor from MediaTek. Also, the battery is (even) faster to charge thanks to included 120W HyperCharge charger.

Flagship-worthy screen and camera

But as mentioned, there are also many similarities to the 11T. For example, up front we find a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a bright 1000 nits and smooth 120Hz. The panel supports HDR10+ which makes colours seem lifelike and for videos there is Dolby Vision. In short, this is pretty much the best screen you can have in a cell phone at the moment. Xiaomi applies the strong Gorilla Glass Victus to give the 11T Pro maximum protection. On the back we find a 108MP main camera that gives great detail also at nite. Furthermore, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens of 120° and a 5MP telephoto macro camera for sharp close-ups between 3 and 7 centimetres. Xiaomi omits a separate zoom lens. The idea is that the 108MP sensor is big enough to zoom in on. It's just a shame that there is no OIS image stabilisation.

Champion of fast charging

Inside the 11T Pro, we find a 5000 mAh battery. That's big enough for several days of use, even intensive use. Charging is done in a flash. By physically splitting the battery in two, each half can be charged at maximum speed. In total, a whopping 120 watts. Full charging takes, hold on, just 17 minutes. Another big plus to the 11T Pro is its audio. There are two high quality speakers with sound from Harman Kardon. Furthermore, there is support for the spatial Dolby Atmos sound. All in all, a very multimedia phone.
