Huawei Watch GT 7 Series
The Huawei Watch GT 7 is available in two sizes, as well as a Pro version. Which version is right for you depends on your wrist size, how long you want the battery to last between charges, and whether you plan to use the watch underwater. On this page, you can independently compare the current prices from our partner shops. Use the filters for size and model to find the Watch GT 7 that’s right for you straight away.

What should you look out for when choosing a Huawei Watch GT 7?
The choice comes down to three questions. What size fits your wrist? How important is battery life to you? And do you use an Android phone or an iPhone? The latter is particularly important for this range, as the watches run on HarmonyOS. The range has been available in the Netherlands since September 2026.
41 or 46 millimetres: size, screen and battery
The 41mm version has a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen and a 540 mAh battery, which, according to Huawei, lasts for around 7 days with normal use and 14 days with light use. The 46mm version has a 1.47-inch screen and an 867 mAh battery, which Huawei claims will last around 12 days with normal use and 21 days with light use. Both sizes have the same resolution of 466 by 466 pixels, the same peak brightness of 3,000 nits and a stainless steel case. They are dust- and water-resistant to IP69 standard and rated to 5 ATM, which is sufficient for swimming and showering. The difference therefore lies in wearing comfort and battery life, not in features.
Weight is a bigger factor in that choice than the case size alone. Without the strap, the 41mm version weighs around 36.5 grams, the 46mm version around 51.3 grams and the Watch GT 7 Pro around 55.5 grams.
What the Pro version adds
The Watch GT 7 Pro has the same screen and battery as the 46mm version. It adds a few features in three areas: the materials, ECG and diving capability. The 45.6mm case is made of titanium alloy rather than steel and has a ceramic back. In addition, the Pro is ECG-certified and suitable for free diving to a depth of 40 metres in accordance with the EN13319 standard. Please note that this refers to free diving and not scuba diving. If you’re sticking to swimming and showering, the Pro offers no additional features in this regard.
What does the Huawei Watch GT 7 measure?
Using the TruSense sensors, the series measures heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels (SpO2), skin temperature, stress and your sleep, including breathing. These are measurements from a consumer product and not medical diagnoses: use them to track trends, not to make your own diagnoses. ECG is exclusive to the Watch GT 7 Pro.
Does the Watch GT 7 work with your phone?
This is the most important point to note about this range. The watches run on HarmonyOS and work fully in conjunction with an Android phone. The pairing does work with an iPhone, but with limitations: you cannot reply to messages from your wrist, and the navigation features are not available. If the pairing with your iPhone doesn’t go far enough for you, then this series isn’t the right choice.
What not to expect
Compared to the previous generation, the changes are modest. If you’re upgrading from a recent Watch GT, the main improvements lie in battery life and screen brightness, not in a new way of working; Notebookcheck reaches the same conclusion in its review. Notebookcheck measures screen dimming (PWM) at 60 Hz, a low frequency which can cause eye strain or headaches for sensitive users during prolonged viewing. And the automatic exercise recognition takes time: as a result, the distance tracking can lag up to ten minutes behind your actual workout.
