Motorola edge 70 fusion+ official: better cameras but smaller battery
The Motorola edge 70 fusion, announced in early March 2026, has received a new variant. Without further announcement, Motorola has listed the edge 70 fusion+ on its Brazilian website.
The edge 70 fusion+ looks very similar to the edge 70 fusion but has a slightly different camera setup consisting of a 50MP main, 50MP ultra-wide angle and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom. And up front sits a sharper 50MP selfie camera.

Interestingly, the fusion+ features a traditional 5200 mAh Li-ion battery. This leaves the device far behind the regular edge 70 fusion, which, thanks to modern silicon carbon (Si-C) technology, achieves a capacity of 7000 mAh in an almost identical body. Incidentally, a version of the regular edge 70 fusion with a 5200 mAh Li-Ion battery also exists, but it is not available in the Netherlands.
The Motorola website further mentions that the Motorola edge 70 fusion+ features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 where the edge 70 fusion has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. The Gen 4 offers a slightly higher clock speed and significantly better GPU performance. As a result, the fusion+ is graphically more powerful.

Prices start at €495 and available colours are light green and purple. The green version features a nylon finish while the purple variant is textile-inspired.
