Leaked iPhone 18 Pro lens protectors confirm four new colours

Camera lens protectors have been released for the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro. Applied over the camera bar — a feature introduced with the iPhone 17 — these protectors shield your camera lenses from scratches and cracks. A leaked image shows that the protector for the iPhone 18 Pro comes in four different colours.

It has long been rumoured that the iPhone 18 Pro will soon be released in four colours: light blue, cherry red, dark grey, and silver. Evidence for this comes today in the photo below that leaked on a Korean blog.

The lens protector shows the exact alinement of the camera bar; a wide strip more vulnerable to lateral impact

In the photo, we see a so-called Camera lens protector that you stick on the camera island of your iPhone Pro. It provides protection for the lenses and the island itself. And since it is not glass, it makes sense that it would be in the same colour as your iPhone. If the rumours are true, future iPhone 18 Pro colours will be called:

  • Dark Cherry
  • Sky Blue
  • Dark Grey
  • Silver

The products shown here are not officially made by Apple, so the actual colour shade may still vary. Therefore, we advise everyone to wait until the fall of 2026 until Apple officially announces the iPhone 18 series.

The iPhone 18 Pro is further rumoured to have a smaller Dynamic Island because Apple has allegedly managed to make the components smaller. This gives you more screen area, should this be true. Another common rumour is that Apple plans to introduce a camera with variable aperture. This will bring additional possibilities.
